Evening Reference Librarian, UHD Library

Sam Weehunt has been the evening reference librarian at UHD for the past 5 years. Before that he worked in public libraries. He worked for the Del City library in Oklahoma and the New York Public Library and the Smithtown Library in New York. He lives in Freindswood with his wife Pam and five year old daughter Delilah. He is passionate about Open Educational Resources because works with students every semester who have difficulty getting their textbooks. He also once paid $450.00 for a new Biology textbook that the bookstore would not by back from him at the end of the semester because a new edition had just been released.
