Biology Professor, Lone Star College

​Monica holds degrees in biological sciences from SFA and LSU. She is currently working on her PhD at Texas A&M University​ where her research interests include science education technology and teacher education.  Monica has extensive experience in the field of education, having taught science at the primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels. She’s a full-time professor at Lone Star College where she teaches biology, anatomy, and physiology.
